Shipping Info

To USA - we ship USPS Priority or First Class mail. For the bulk balsam in 10# quantities or more, UPS Ground is offered as an option. The shipping charge is based on your location.  All shipments include Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional & can be added if desired at time of checkout. The Herbal Nook is not responsible for uninsured packages once they are left at the post office.

To Canada - We ship Air Letter Post (4-7 days) or Air Parcel Post (4-10 days)*. Insurance is available only for Airmail Parcel Post shipments & is optional. Uninsured packages are at the buyer's risk although you can be assured that I package my items very carefully.  Canadian customers are responsible for any custom/GST/PST taxes.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase except special/large orders or wholesale orders which usually ship within 2 weeks. At this time, we ship to the USA & Canada only.

Our shopping cart is set to be as accurate as possible but if it miscalulates shipping (sometimes it does if the estimated weight is off by a few ounces) by more than $1.00, we will refund the difference to you. We charge no handling fee - just actual shipping. 

Free note cards are available if you are sending your purchase to someone as a gift! If you would like a note card enclosed with your purchase/gift, please write exactly what  you would like the card to say in the "comments" section at checkout.

***Unconfirmed Addresses: At times, customers may wish their order be shipped to another recipient/address as a gift. Please note, if you are a new customer, that we WILL NOT ship orders to unconfirmed addresses if the order total is more than $50.00. "Unconfirmed address" means your shipping & billing address do not match. If you place an order for more than $50.00 (with shipping) & ask that it be shipped to an unconfirmed address, we will return your money & cancel the order. You can then re-place the order providing a matching billing/shipping address if desired.

*Shipping days are guidelines sets by the USPS and UPS. They make no guarantee that the shipments will arrive in the suggested times.
