Shipping Info

To USA - we ship USPS Priority, Parcel Post, or First Class mail. The shipping charge is based on your location.  All shipments include Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional & can be added if desired at time of checkout. The Herbal Nook is not responsible for uninsured packages once they are left at the post office.

The US Postal Service states that Priority shipments take 2-3 business days, parcel post shipments take 10-14 business days, and First Class Mail takes 2-5 business days. These are estimates set by the postal service and do not guarantee shipment by the estimated dates.

To Canada - We ship Air Letter Post (4-7 days), or Air Parcel Post (4-10 days), or global priority. Uninsured packages are at the buyer's risk although you can be assured that I package my items very carefully.  Canadian customers are responsible for any custom/GST/PST taxes.

International Shipping other than Canada - We ship Global Priority. Customers are responsible for any custom/GST/PST taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order if our shopping cart undercalculates the shipping charge by more than $4.00.

Free note cards are available if you are sending your purchase to someone as a gift! If you would like a note card enclosed with your purchase/gift, please write exactly what  you would like the card to say in the "comments" section at checkout.

Orders usually ship within 5 business days. Larger orders or orders containing more than 8 herbal warm/cold packs (which are hand-made at time of purchase) may take longer. If you need items by a certain date, please email us to find out the ship date before ordering.

***Unconfirmed Addresses: At times, customers may wish their order be shipped to another recipient/address as a gift. Please note, if you are a new customer, that we WILL NOT ship orders to unconfirmed addresses if the order total is more than $60.00. "Unconfirmed address" means your shipping & billing address do not match. If you place an order for more than $60.00 (with shipping) & ask that it be shipped to an unconfirmed address, we will return your money & cancel the order. You can then re-place the order providing a matching billing/shipping address if desired.
