Return Policy

Due to health reasons, we can only accept returns on our herbal therapy hot/cold packs if they are unopened in their original, sealed package within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you return a pack to us that has been opened, it will be discarded and no refund will be sent. We have no way to tell if they have been used & therefore they cannot be re-sold to another customer.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of any other item, we will accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase (date the items were paid for) for a full refund of the product price, as long as the items are unopened and in good condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned merchandise back to us. Mail returns to:
