Return Policy

Due to health reasons, we can only accept returns on our herbal therapy hot/cold packs or lavender slippers/mittens if they are unopened in their original, sealed package within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you return a pack to us that has been opened, it will be discarded and no refund will be sent. We have no way to tell if they have been used & therefore they cannot be re-sold to another customer.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of any other item, we will accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase (date the items were paid for) for a full refund of the product price, as long as the items are returned in good condition.
