We will gladly accept payment by money order, personal check, or credit cards & echecks via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use a credit card for purchases. However, you must have a Paypal account in order to use echecks.

Credit Cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express.

Please note that we cannot accept your credit card information by phone. Credit card orders must be placed online through our website. Once your order is in your shopping cart & you proceed to checkout, you will enter the secure Paypal site (you will see the padlock icon & note the website address to start with https - the s meaning "secure") to complete your order.

If you are paying by money order or personal check, print the shopping cart page once you have your desired items in the cart & the shipping total is complete. Mail the page (and keep a copy for your records) with payment to:

Orders usually ship within 5 business days, but larger orders or orders for more than 8 of our herbal therapy packs may take a bit longer to ship since they are made when ordered.

If your order is being sent to someone as a gift***, please let us know in the "comments" section at checkout and we will email you a copy of your receipt instead of enclosing it in the box.

Also, we offer free note cards! If you would like a note card enclosed with your purchase, please write exactly what  you would like the card to say in the "comments" section at checkout.

***Unconfirmed Addresses: At times, customers may wish their order be shipped to another recipient/address as a gift. Please note, if you are a new customer, that we WILL NOT ship orders to unconfirmed addresses if the order total is more than $60.00. "Unconfirmed address" means your shipping & billing address do not match. If you place an order for more than $60.00 (with shipping) & ask that it be shipped to an unconfirmed address, we will return your money & cancel the order. You can then re-place the order providing a matching billing/shipping address if desired.

New York State residents will have 7% added to merchandise & shipping total per NYS law.

If we are out of stock on any item, we will email you within 48 hours to ask you if you would like to wait until item is available, change your order, or cancel your order.
